A note on privacy

This page concerns the handling of information submitted through the Consideration form.

What is collected

When a name is placed under consideration, the form records the name provided, the endorsement code entered, and any optional note. Nothing further is requested.

How it is used

The information is used only to review the name submitted. It is not published, sold, or used for advertising, and no public record of submissions is maintained.

Submitting another person's name

A submission may concern a person other than the sender. Please provide only information you are entitled to share. A person whose name has been submitted may ask for it to be corrected or removed.

Retention and requests

Submissions are kept only as long as needed to consider them. To ask about, correct, or remove information, write to privacy@insidepomona.com.
